Citronella Bark Collars

The citronella collars I provide have a tactile/sonic sensor so only the dog wearing it can activate it. Other collars use sensors which activate when they "hear" a bark through an onboard microphone and can zap the dog when another dog barks, when a truck backfires, or a child yells.

When the dog barks, a one-half second spray of citronella mist is directed toward its muzzle. The strong citronella scent, coupled with the dog's amazing sense of smell, so strongly distract the dog that it "forgets" what it was barking at! The citronella becomes a more powerful stimulus than the event that triggered the barking!

Several tests have proven that this collar controls barking more effectively than even electric shock collars. At the same time, it’s more humane, more gentle, and less offensive to dogs and owners than shock collars. If a collar is indicated for your dog's use in your circumstance, this is the best device available today.

These collars are very effective. The factory pack includes the collar, neck strap, 1 can of citronella spray, and 2 batteries.
